The TG-PEM is a Power & Expansion Module designed for use with Telguard's TG-7 Series Communicators. It provides zone expander functionality, allowing users to extend their intrusion system with eight configurable dry contact zones. The TG-PEM is also a solution for fire panels that lack a DACT (Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter)—users can connect panel relays to the TG-PEM's zone inputs for seamless integration. This module draws power directly from the alarm panel, eliminating the need for an external power source or electrician. It includes LED indicators for status updates and supports Central Station reporting when connected to panel output relays.
