The Humidex HCS-BS basement unit provides continuous, year-round moisture control and improved air quality in homes. By addressing the worst air mass, namely the basement, and reversing “stack effect” of air moving upwards, it will draw down moisture and pollutants from the upper levels as well, improving the indoor environment of the entire home.
The latest Humidex units utilize wireless sensors that communicate with each other to monitor the conditions in both the lower and upper levels of the home to determine the optimal rate of ventilation based on prevailing conditions and automatically adjust. Built in carbon monoxide detectors will send out an alert on the myHome app and automatically expel at the highest rate.
With Humidex HCS and the myHome app you can manage your settings more accurately, at any time, from anywhere. Plus, it will detect the presence of dangerous levels of carbon monoxide, and start working immediately to eliminate it and make your home safe and comfortable again
