The PRX-TSEC-EXTRA-KP-BT is a sophisticated multi-technology card reader from ICT, designed to provide secure and versatile access control. This device supports both 13.56MHz (DESFire and MIFARE) and 125kHz cards, allowing it to handle multiple credential types from a single reader. It features encrypted RS-485 and OSDP with a secure channel for enhanced communication security, as well as standard Wiegand communication for broader compatibility. The reader boasts a read range of up to 60mm (2.36 inches) with proximity ISO cards, ensuring efficient access control. Its fully encapsulated design, with an IP65 rating, makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
