The TEG-MGBSX is a high-performance Mini-GBIC (Gigabit Interface Converter) module designed by TRENDnet for Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel applications. It features a duplex LC connector and supports multi-mode fiber (MMF) with a transmission distance of up to 550 meters (1,800 feet) using an 850 nm wavelength. This hot-pluggable SFP transceiver complies with the IEEE 802.3z standard and the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), ensuring broad compatibility with standard SFP slots on most switches
