The TFC-GSFP/A is a 1000BASE-T to SFP Fiber Media Converter from TRENDnet. It's designed to convert Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) signals to 1000BASE-SX/LX fiber optic (SFP) signals and vice versa.
