Description
Description
The BBCU6 is a long-barrel copper compression splice designed for 6 AWG copper conductors, commonly used in grounding, bonding, and power distribution systems. It’s constructed from seamless, high-conductivity copper tubing and tin-plated to resist corrosion and enhance electrical performance. The splice features a barrel length of approximately 1.22 inches, a total length of 2.37 inches, and a wire strip length of 1-5/16 inches. It includes a chamfered entry for easy cable insertion and an inspection window to verify full conductor engagement. The connector is color-coded blue for die selection and is compatible with standard dieless crimping tools.
