The Speco Technologies BNCVGAHR is a high-resolution video-to-VGA converter designed to display composite video signals on VGA monitors. It features dual output—a DB15 VGA port for computer monitors and a BNC loop-out for TV monitors—making it ideal for surveillance setups that require simultaneous display on different screens. This compact unit supports both NTSC and PAL video systems and offers scan rate conversion with output resolutions ranging from 640×480 up to 1280×1024 @ 60Hz.
