The LA2/0 is a dual-rated mechanical lug manufactured by Penn-Union, designed for terminating a single conductor ranging from 14 AWG to 2/0 AWG, whether copper or aluminum. Made from high-strength aluminum alloy extrusion, it features a one-hole straight tongue for easy mounting and compact installation. The lug is electro-tin plated, which helps reduce contact resistance and provides corrosion protection—especially when used with copper conductors. It’s rated for 600 volts and 90°C, and meets UL and CSA standards, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial electrical applications.
