Description
The BSV18X from Panduit is a fully insulated vinyl butt splice connector designed for crimping 22–18 AWG stranded copper wires. Its inline design features individual wire entry points and internal serrations that ensure a strong mechanical grip and reliable electrical continuity. Constructed from tin-plated copper, it offers excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the red PVC insulation provides protection up to 600 volts and 105°C. The brazed seam enhances durability, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and control panel applications where secure, solderless splicing is essential.
