The MEA-0625 is a 6-inch by 25-foot insulated flexible air duct from Imperial Manufacturing Group, engineered for residential and commercial HVAC systems requiring UL 181 Class 1 compliance. It features a durable 2-ply polyester laminated inner core bonded to a corrosion-resistant spring steel wire helix, surrounded by R-4.2 fiberglass insulation and a rugged, fiberglass-reinforced metalized vapor barrier. This construction ensures excellent thermal performance, with operating temperatures ranging from -20°F to 140°F (and up to 250°F intermittently), and supports air velocities up to 4,000 feet per minute.
