The ILSCO TA-800-I is a heavy-duty mechanical lug designed for secure and reliable electrical connections in demanding environments. Constructed from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and electro-tin plated for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance, this lug supports both copper and aluminum conductors ranging from 800 to 300 kcmil. It features a single port and a 5/8-inch mounting hole, with a straight tongue configuration that measures 1.75 inches in length, width, and 0.5 inches in thickness. The internal hex drive screw ensures firm wire binding with a torque rating of 500 in-lbs.
