The FS-300-W6 is a condensation-sensing fan switch from DewStop, designed to automatically activate a ventilation fan when moisture levels rise in enclosed spaces like bathrooms. Operating on 120V AC at 60Hz, it features a built-in humidity sensor that detects condensation forming on surfaces—such as mirrors or walls—and turns the fan on to reduce moisture and prevent mold or mildew. The switch includes a countdown timer (adjustable from 5 to 60 minutes), manual on/off control, and a blue LED indicator to show fan status. Housed in a standard wall switch format, it installs easily in a single-gang box and is compatible with most ventilation fans.
